•  That the holder shall not engage in any employment, trade or business other than that specified in the visa, without the express written permission of the DEPARTMENT of Immigration and Emigration
  • Notify the DEPARTMENT of Immigration and Emigration in writing of any significant changes in the investment plan
  • Comply with Immigration and Emigration formalities and other laws and regulations in Sri Lanka.
  • Comply with tax laws in Sri Lanka.
  • Refrain from any political or other activity which is not in public interest or which might be prejudicial to the security of the country.
